We work based on Scrum Agile - a method from IT that we adopted from Coffee IT. In biweekly sprints with retrospectives and refinement meetings we work on your project. This way you know exactly what we are doing, we can adjust when necessary and we periodically reflect on the results achieved.
Based on our knowledge and experience, we experiment to find out what works for your brand and target group. Then we implement broadly. We persevere and learn further to achieve maximum growth.
